You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Category-Specific Terms
- Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Products from FitHer Studio (custom clothing), Celure Watches (sized bracelets), and personalized items from ShimmerGems Jewellery are typically non-returnable unless defective.
- Fragrance & Cosmetics: AuraBloom Perfumes products cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene reasons.
- Children’s Products (BabyNest Apparel, ToyNova Hub): Customers are responsible for checking age appropriateness and safety standards.
- Fabric & Craft Materials (Velora Fabrics, PaperCraft Supplies): Color variations may occur between digital displays and actual products.
- Intimate Items: For hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and hosiery may have restricted return policies.
Order Acceptance
The contract for sale is between you and the specific Sub-Merchant. Inovapoint Solution Store acts as a commercial agent.
Intellectual Property
All designs, brand names, and creative content belong to Inovapoint Solution Store or its Sub-Merchants.
Limitation of Liability
Inovapoint Solution Store shall not be held liable for damages resulting from products purchased from Sub-Merchants.
