Inovapoint Solution Store is a platform for independent Sub-Merchants. Return and refund policies are set by each individual Sub-Merchant.

General Return Process

  1. Contact the Sub-Merchant First: Initiate returns directly with the relevant Sub-Merchant within their specified return window using contact information in your order confirmation.
  2. Return Windows: Typically 7-30 days for eligible items.
  3. Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Category-Specific Return Policies

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom/Made-to-Order: Items from FitHer Studio and personalized jewellery from ShimmerGems Jewellery
    • Opened Fragrances: AuraBloom Perfumes products with broken seals
    • Intimate Apparel: Swimwear, lingerie, and hosiery for hygiene reasons
    • Craft Supplies (PaperCraft Supplies): Opened packages of craft materials
    • Adjusted Watches (Celure Watches): Watch bracelets that have been resized
  • Special Conditions:
    • BabyNest Apparel: Must be returned in original condition with all hygiene tags attached
    • GlamStep Shoes: Must show no signs of wear with original shoe box
    • Velora Fabrics: Cut fabrics cannot be returned unless defective
    • ToyNova Hub: Must be in original packaging with all safety warnings intact

Refunds

  • Processed by the Sub-Merchant upon receipt and inspection
  • Credited to original payment method
  • Return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility

Damaged or Defective Items
Contact the Sub-Merchant within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
